For International Customers (Outside Japan)

1. Shipping Method & Fees

All international orders are shipped via EMS (International Speed Mail) for fast and secure delivery from Japan.  

• Shipping Fee: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and total weight of the order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery: Typically 4–10 business days after dispatch (may vary based on customs clearance).

2. Customs Duties & Taxes (VAT)

Import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• UK Customers: You may receive a "Fee to Pay" notification from Parcelforce. Please complete the payment to ensure successful delivery.

3. Failed Delivery & Refusal to Pay

If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties/taxes or is unavailable for delivery, the following costs will be deducted from the refund: 

• Original shipping fee

• Return shipping costs and any additional administrative fees

• Please verify your local import regulations before placing an order.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item.
